Hi, I’m Max Albrecht, a German international student at Christchurch Boys’ High School in Christchurch.
I have spent one year here in New Zealand. I came here to learn something about the New Zealand country, New Zealand people and to improve my English.
I like the New Zealand countryside very much. I like the difference between the mountains, forests, sea, lakes and the different sports.
In New Zealand the most popular sport is rugby. Everyone is into the sport and like to play it all the time. A good producer of really good rugby players is Christchurch Boys’ High School. The school has produced a lot of All Black players who are very famous.
Christchurch Boys’ High School is one of the best schools in New Zealand. The standard of learning, teaching and sport is very high. The staff are friendly and help with problems. The students are friendly and you will make a lot of new friends in a short time period, and if you are lucky, you can find some overseas students who speak the same language as you.
I really enjoyed my stay here in New Zealand and at Christchurch Boys’ High School and want to thank the staff and the students of this school.
I had a wonderful time and will remember New Zealand as a good time.
