Add for uniform shop convenor needs to be put in next newsletter. 		??
Diane Taylor trying to find suitable applicant. Diane
Tuckshop employment contracts still not signed. Bank of New Zealand signature authority has been signed however we need to take Joe McSherry's name off as he is moving to Cromwell Chris?
3. General Business
Joe McSherry has tended letter of resignation as he is moving to Cromwell, however he still wishes to receive the school newsletter . (Steve Fraser to organise) and he is open to visits to the sunny South!! We thank Joe for his long term efforts on the PTA, and wish him well in his business ventures in Cromwell NB. Joe is available for this years Leavers Dinner in December
4. Reports
Headmaster (presented by Steve Fraser)
Thanks expressed to PTA for providing refreshments on Open night, and Parents night, both successful nights. School production going well, very colourful. Talent Quest had 600 spectators. Colours Assembly held today. Building = plans for Food and Nutrition building to be displayed. Senior exams next week. Thank you to PTA for $51,000 received for wish list. List to be in next newsletter. Management Practices - a survey of Senior Teachers has been conducted

Balance $13,631.96 Voted to close now defunct Catering Account and put funds to general account.

Fundraising
Movie night June 13th Reading Cinema, PTA members given 10 each, Chris to distribute remainder and phone to follow up on sales, Diane to assist. Refreshments from 6pm movie at 6.30 Russell to bring serviettes

PTA promotion
Recent dinner enjoyable evening. Movie night in June. Mid winter in July TBA
