Enrolment at Christchurch Boys’ High School is governed by the Education and Training Act 2020 and the purposes explained within s71 of the Act.
Boys living in the CBHS zone can enrol at CBHS.
The Ministry of Education advises that parents should be warned of the possible consequences of attempting to gain unfair priority in enrolment by deliberately giving a false address or by making an in-zone living arrangement which they intend to be only temporary.
