PCSchool Parent Portal - A guide on how to access school timetables, attendance and reports

View all of your son’s details in our Parent web portal.

In the CBHS Parent Portal, your username is your email address. There is no longer any need to share a password between parents/caregivers.

Your password remains unchanged; if you know your password, you can now log in using your email address for the username. If this is your first time accessing the portal, or you don’t know your password, or your password isn’t working, please follow the ‘Forgot Password?’ steps outlined in the Portal Guide. Please enter your email address as the username when prompted.

Once you’ve logged in, you can change your password using the blue padlock icon in the top-right corner.

Please refer to the Portal guide below for additional information.

You can access a copy of your latest account statement via the CBHS web portal as follows :

  1. Click the tab labelled Documents
  2. A new tab or window should appear listing family documents, newest at the top
  3. Double-click on a file to open it

You can also access copies of formal reports this way – click on your family name in the Folders list at the left to view student documents.

Balance Physio

In conjunction with Balance Physiotherapy, Boys’ High provides a physiotherapy service on Mondays through Fridays in the Jim Burrows Fitness Centre. Physiotherapy provided at school means less academic time lost and no travel costs or time. You can get early treatment of your injuries and have less time out of the sport or activities you are involved with.

Sharada Stewart and Tom Fraser from Balance Physiotherapy are experienced in sports physiotherapy and injury management in the adolescent age group. They can also consult with coaches and PE staff to help you get the correct level of activity as you recover. There is no need to be referred by a doctor but if the physiotherapist feels a GP or specialist needs to be consulted or x-rays taken, they can organise this at assessment. Get treated early for a good recovery!

ACC still subsidise accident-related physiotherapy treatment and we can initiate your ACC claim for you. Balance Physiotherapy charge co-payments, you will be notified of these in the consent email sent to parents, and they are also displayed in the physio room. Holders of a CSC are eligible for a discounted rate, evidence of CSC must be provided with consent to receive this discount.  These co-payments may be claimed on Private Health insurance; check your policy. We also treat non-ACC cases.

For more information or to make an appointment contact Student Services on 348 5003, ext 231, or Balance Physiotherapy: phone 021 742 723, email info@balancephysio.co.nz, book online at www.balancephysio.co.nz or find us on Facebook.
