Andrew has been in the trenches and at the forefront during Canterbury’s Earthquakes providing strategic property advice, and leadership for project recovery to St Margaret’s, Villa Maria, St Bedes College’s, Medbury School, Christchurch International Airport and Canterbury University. He currently leads the culture and service delivery of The Project Office’s team within this successful company.
As a seasoned Project Director Andrew is experience in establishing project management frameworks to manage capital project delivery including delivering against programme and budget.
Prior to Andrew’s 12 years in Project Management, he has spent 14 years in Architecture in Dunedin, London and Christchurch being involved in many prominent building projects. Andrew is passionate about strong project process to provide successful results toward exceeding his clients demands. Andrew is committed to offer his property expertise to the CBHS community through governance over the school redevelopment as set out by the Strategic and Master Plans. He would be available to work with the Ministry and project teams to ensure successful delivery of each master plan stage.
Through the second half of 2017 Andrew provided support to Nic and the Board of Trustees attending the Property Steering Committee overseeing the construction of the new school Hall – what will be a facility for generations to respect and enjoy.
Equally important to Andrew is the development of strong respectful men. Providing the ability for our boys to explore their future through as many opportunities as possible and to seek greater things while achieving their goals and being mindful of all those surrounding them on their journey.
Andrew has a daughter and two sons, the eldest boy is currently in Year 10 at CBHS.
