All change-of-mind refunds are issued at the discretion of CBHS PTA Uniform Shop. We reserve the right to refuse a credit or exchange for a Change of Mind request.
CBHS PTA Uniform Shop are happy to exchange or credit any items chosen by the customer that are not the correct size. Refunds are at the discretion of the CBHS PTA Uniform Shop.
In the event that you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item please contact us.
Postage for returned items will be paid by the returnee and will not be refunded, unless the item is damaged or incorrect as per the order. See below for returns procedure.
Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. We will notify you by email when we have exchanged your return items.
To return an item by post for refund or exchange, include your invoice details, name, email address/phone number. Do not include your credit card details.
Make sure you include the reason for requesting a credit or exchange. For exchanges, please also specify the size and colour of the replacement items (exchanges are subject to stock availability).
If an item is to be exchanged due to incorrect ordering or change of mind, then post will be charged for the item to be sent out. There is no charge for items collected from the shop.
To protect your return from damage during delivery, please use strong external packaging. We also recommend you obtain proof of postage to track your return. We take no responsibility for returns lost in the delivery process. You will need to contact your delivery provider to locate your parcel.
Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed.
On international orders, we will not reimburse the cost of return shipping, or accept liability for customs duties or taxes. Please note we do not offer exchanges for international orders. If an alternative product is required, you will have to place a separate order for this.
We will send an email to confirm receipt of any incorrect item returned and aim to process it within 21 days.
Postage will not be charged for replacing an incorrect or damaged item. Return postage will be refunded if the original item was incorrect or damaged.
We aim to despatch orders within 7 working days subject to availability. You will be notified when an order has been despatched.
